Information on the processing of personal data when using the website, contact forms and career applications (Art. 13 GDPR).

Purposes and legal basis
Handling enquiries from the contact form and replying: steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract, or legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Assessing career applications and CVs: consent given by submitting the form with the consent box ticked (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Website security and protection of the forms against abuse: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Compliance with legal obligations if a contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Data we process
Name or company, e-mail, phone, country, city or region, selected service and message text. In the career form also a CV or other attachment you choose to add, and the position. Mandatory fields are marked in the form; without them we cannot handle the enquiry.
Recipients
Data is processed by employees and collaborators of Service Segment s.r.o. who handle the enquiry or application. Websupport s.r.o., Karadžičova 12, Bratislava (data centre in the Slovak Republic) runs the website and e-mail mailboxes for us as a processor. We may also use other technical tool providers for managing e-mail and documents, acting on our instructions. We do not sell data.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for the related business communication, and beyond that only for as long as the law requires or to protect our legal claims. Career applications and CVs are kept for the duration of the selection process; longer only with your consent. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Send requests to info@b2bservice4you.eu. You may also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk, or to your local supervisory authority.
